What makes your tours unique?
Our tours focus on the lesser-known towns of Ireland, offering intimate experiences with rich storytelling and local insights. While others take you to the big attractions, we lead you down winding lanes to hidden castles, quiet villages, and places where locals actually spend their time.
How do I book a tour?
Booking is easy! Browse our tours page, choose your preferred experience (half-day or full-day), and fill out our availability form. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm your spot and answer any questions.
What should I bring on the tour?
We recommend comfortable walking shoes, layers (Irish weather can be unpredictable!), a camera for capturing memories, and a sense of adventure. We'll provide everything else you need, including local snacks and plenty of stories.
Are the tours suitable for all ages?
Absolutely! Our tours are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all ages. The walking is gentle, the pace is relaxed, and the stories are captivating for both young and old. We've had guests from 8 to 80 join us on our adventures.
How many people are on each tour?
We keep our groups small – typically 8 to 12 people maximum. This allows for a personal, family-like experience where everyone can hear the guide, ask questions, and truly connect with the places we visit.
Where do the tours leave from?
Our tours depart from Kilkenny city center. Exact meeting points and times will be confirmed when you book. We can also arrange private tours with custom pickup locations for groups.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes! We offer both public tours (join other travelers) and private tours (exclusive to your group). Private tours can be customized to your interests and schedule. Contact us for pricing and availability.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours, we offer the option to reschedule to another date.
